The organizing committee has reserved a number of rooms at the contracted rate at Shanghai Minhang Platinum Han Jue Hotel. The Platinum Han Jue Hotel is an aircraft carrier style hotel built with great effort by the Hanjue Group, with a building area of100000 square meters. The hotel has over 686 luxurious guest rooms 30 luxurious dining rooms, 8 luxurious banquet halls and multifunctional halls, 38 chess rooms, as well as 24-hour restaurant, Nezha Lao Hai hot pot, coffee shops and other luxurious supporting facilities. The hotel has over 1000 parking spaces. Its catering scale is huge, capable of accommodating more than 3600 people dining at the same time, including 8 different sizes banquet halls, with a maximum banquet hall of 3000 square meters and a maximum capacity of 120 tables. It can be freely divided into 4 small banquet halls, with a floor height of about 12 meters, grand and luxurious decoration, suitable for various meetings and banquets. Itis a good choice for large conferences and superior wedding banquets.

The hotel is located at 1577 Humin Road, Minhang District, Shanghai. It is adjacent to Jianchuan Road Subway Exit to the west, Longhu Shanghai Minhang Paradise walk, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University Minhang Campus to the south. The hotel is located 21 kilometers from Hongqiao Airport (via elevated direct), 48 kilometers from Pudong Airport, 20 kilometers from Shanghai South Station, and 35 kilometers from Shanghai Station.

Room Reservation Instructions:
There are two room types for our participants:

1. Single Room with single breakfast
(1 king bed room of 2 m*2m)
2. Standard Twin Bed Room with double breakfast
(2 beds of 1.5 m*2 m each)
