Registration Notices
• Payment is supposed to be made in USD, kindly confirm with us if you would love to pay in other currency. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.• Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from a related department should be provided.
• Your registration will NOT be confirmed until the payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you.
• The standard registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee, paper publication fee in SCI journals.
Payment Methods
• Pay via Payoneer/PaypalIf you prefer to pay via Payoneer/Paypal, please let us know at info@wreconf.org. A payment link will be sent to your email per your request. Service charges associated with the transfer of money should be borne by the buyer. (Please add 5% Service Charge)

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the conference, we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost, provided that we receive at least one week prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full.All refund requests must be made via email to conference secretary at info@wreconf.org
• Before and on September 21st: Full Refund;
• From September 22nd to October 20th: 50% of Payment Refund;
• After October 20th: No Refund.
• Non-refund on delay or force majeure events including, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, earthquakes or storms, strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or intervention, acts restraints or regulations of any governmental authority, including compliance with any order of any governmental considerations.
The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be borne by the participants.
